Feeling depressed about the extra xmas podge? Then don’t check out the pics of the sexiest ads of the year, as voted for by advertising industry chiefs in Advertising Age magazine. Rihanna, Miranda Kerr and Kate Moss made the top three, all washboard stomachs and perfectly made up faces.
It comes as no surprise that Rihanna came in at number one. The superstar pop singer has got raunchier by the second this year. Rihanna’s latest music video for ‘We Found Love’ was been banned in France before 10pm because it was seen as too suggestive, plus she got chased off a farmer’s land this year for filming inappropriate scenes. Rihanna is the face of both Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans, and it was her work for the brand which gave her the top spot in the poll. Advertising Age magazine rhapsodised about the 23 year-old singer, saying she had never looked better. 'It's Rihanna at her sexiest. She's never looked this good,' they said, adding: 'She's in amazing shape and the pictures are stunning.’
Second place went to Miranda Kerr, Victoria’s Secret model and wife of Orlando Bloom, for her lingerie campaign with Victoria’s Secret. Miss Kerr gave birth to her first child earlier this year, but looked better than ever posing in her underwear for the brand with an impossibly taut post-pregnancy tum. British supermodel Kate Moss came in third place for her topless campaign with Italian clothing brand Liu Jo, having been knocked off the top spot since last year.
Another supermodel and new mum, Gisele Bundchen, made it into forth place for a series of ‘Hope’ lingerie adverts. Other glam girls to finish the top ten sexiest adverts of the year include Pamela Anderson, Heidi Klum and Lily Aldridge.
